	Sarah Hi, I’m Sarah a girl from Wisconsin who moved to the big city. I am a senior in the graphic design program at the University of MN. In my free time I love to go to Gopher hockey games and study photography. Best Tavern Memory: The time I spilled a container of melted butter all over my shirt and had to work the rest of the night all buttered up! Favorite Menu Item: Teriyaki Salmon Interesting Fact About You: I started drinking coffee at the age of 2! Why You Love Working at Tavern: Our concept of teamwork makes working fun!
	Kim Best Tavern Memory: Getting to know the regulars and hearing their stories. Favorite Menu Item: Crab Artichoke Dip Interesting Fact About You: I lived in Fargo for a year and have never seen the movie! Why You Love Working at Tavern: It’s a fun, upbeat atmosphere and the Cheesy Jalapeno sauce is amazing!!
	Stephanie Hi my name is Steph Bishop I have been at the Tav since day one. I am a very outgoing, up beat server and remember just about everyone I wait on. When I am not here I am finishing up my senior year at the University of Minnesota majoring in Business and Marketing Education. I plan to do something in the field of sales so anyone who has an opportunity I wouldn’t hate if you let me know! Best Tavern Memory: When Ben G sings and dances. Also “working” on the beautiful patio on a gorgeous summer day! Favorite Menu Item: The French Dip obliviously with added onion strings on top with a side of garlic mashed potatoes. Interesting Fact About You: I have my favorite rock band “Peds” tattooed on my left foot. Why You Love Working at Tavern: I love the Tav because the management is awesome and experienced and are always prepared for anything. I love the people I work with but most of all I love the different cliental that we get to take care of.

Interesting Fact About You: My favorite hobbies are scuba and snowboarding. Why You Love Working at Tavern: THE PEOPLE! There is such a great group of people at the Tav’ working is fun! (The discount is nice too!)
	Jenna About Me: Hi I’m Jenna and I am a hostess at Tavern on France. I recently spent a few months volunteering in Cape Town, South Africa, and I now look forward to going back to school this fall to finish getting my Bachelor’s in English, Marketing, and Business Management. In my free time I like to walk around the lakes in Minneapolis, and I can’t wait to go to outdoor Twins games this summer! Favorite Menu Item: Grilled Chicken Salad Interesting Fact About You: I’m a bit of an adrenaline junkie. While i was in South Africa, I was able to do some exhilarating activities: skydiving, bungee jumping, shark cage diving, sandboarding, and I even rode an ostrich! Why You Love Working at Tavern: I love being able to meet all of the fun people who come into the Tavern. Also, Sunday mornings might be my favorite shift to work during the week, simply because I’m a huge fan of breakfast food, and Manny makes the BEST chocolate chip pancakes at the pancake bar!
